My sleep abnia kicked in somewhere between 1992 and 1995, since then any "sleep" I get is not true sleep. I am wake up dead tired, my short and long term memory become very much non-existant.



Being permanently tired, extremely low energy was bad enough. But vivid dreams kick in when I am asleep for less than 90 minutes. So vivid I cannot tell dreams from reality.



This problem has been solved in March 2006 when I got a sleep abnia machine.



Problem I have now since I moved and lost my Double sized bed, I have a couch bed, its lumpy and my room leaks heat, interior tempature may drop to four Celcius some nights.



I cant sleep when that happens. My bad memory and low energy returns on the days following bad nights.

This is too strange, I'm getting philosophical...please don't mind my ramblings, and I'll quit those smart drinks.



Ever had a storm of ideas that seem brilliant late at night while you're half-awake and semi-stupid. Has that ever happened to you? I had alot of phenomenal ideas last night, and now that I am actually awake, I realize it was so extremely ridiculous!

I got the photos in the mail last night, I have been in such a very happy mood since. I feel like jumping around like a flea, I have a wide smile on my face all day long.
